As of now, we do NOT charge anything to connect you with the vendor. We get paid only once the booking is finalized. Once you have made a selection, you will be required to pay 40% advance to book your artist. This money can be transferred online to us.
Once you have finalized the entertainer/vendor you want to hire, we will get an agreement signed between the two parties and facilitate your payment.
No, we neither plan nor take performance responsibility. We only connect you to the trusted vendors, who are reviewed by our clients and team members. But in case of cancellation, we will try to help you find an equivalent replacement.

You pay us only when you get booked. We charge a nominal 10% convenience fee on every successful booking.
Every booking requires the client to pay 40-50% prior to the event. The billing is done through a legal document (invoice) which is shared with you as well as the client.
Can cancel the booking online via the website or email/WhatsApp but only applicable before 7-10 days of the event date If want change the artist or Booking then its ready to be done or If want refund then You will get a refund by you same online mode of payment with 7-10 business days.
Refund will be initiated after getting the details of the region for canceling the booking and it will be initiated by your same online mode of payment with 7-10 business days.
